Our Commitments:
- 1. The camera function is solely for QR code scanning. No photos or videos will be stored or uploaded to our servers.
- 2. Location data is only retrieved when you use the “Find Stations” and “Navigation” features. You may disable location permissions in your device settings, but core app functions will become unavailable afterward.
- 3. We will never use your data for targeted advertising or sell your personal information to third parties.
2. How We Share and Transfer Your Personal Information
- 1. Service Necessity: To deliver battery swap services, we share de-identified location and device data with map service providers (Amap) and cloud service vendors.
- 2. Payment Processing: We share order amounts with Apple Pay to complete payment transactions.
- 3. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information as required by applicable laws, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requests from government authorities. We will not share your data outside the above circumstances.
3. Your Data Rights
You may exercise the following rights within the App:
- 1. Access and Correction: Available via in-app tools
- 2. Account Deletion: Upon your request, we will erase your account and all battery swap records within 15 business days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
- 3. Revoke Permissions: Disable location and camera permissions in iOS system settings. Related functions will cease to work after revocation.
4. Data Storage and Protection
- 1. Storage Location: All your personal information is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers located within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.
- 2. Retention Period: Account data is retained until you delete your account. Battery swap order records are stored for 24 months for after-sales support and security audits, and will be anonymized automatically upon expiration.
- 3. Security Measures: Data transmission uses TLS encryption; stored data is protected with AES-256 encryption. Databases are backed up multiple times, and regular security audits are performed.
5. Minor Protection
Our services are primarily intended for electric two-wheeler riders. We do not offer our services to users under the age of 16. If we discover we have inadvertently collected personal data from minors, we will delete such information immediately.
6. Policy Updates
We will notify you of policy revisions via pop-up notifications within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
